My personal challenge as a photographer is to capture the beauty, the energy, the moment of a subject and pass it on as an image. When I go out to photograph, the images I capture are usually a result of a beautiful moment I see while out exploring wherever I find myself that day.  When I happen upon subjects either in nature, or sometimes human subjects that possess the unique combination of grace, simplicity, and a sense of splendor, I instinctively try to capture that moment before it is gone. The world of natural light is in a constant state of transition creating new opportunities to capture unique moments of beauty. There is a moment when light, texture, and movement converge to bring a special energy to the subject.  This is when the true essence of the subject can be captured.  -  Susan Sabino
