Susan Sabino is an artist whose work makes the effortless transition from mind to heart. Sabino, whose photographic roots stem from childhood, has worked and exhibited

throughout New England and New York and is an emerging, sought after talent.

As a member of the Berkshire Artists Guild, the GCCA Gallery in Catskill, NY,

Windham Arts Alliance in Windham, NY, and Columbia County Plein Air, Susan's work has

found a strong following in the Northeast US.

Berkshire native and returnee, Sabino has served as a Radiologic Technologist since graduating from Darton College in "96 and has worked at Berkshire Medical Center since her return to

Western Massachusetts in "96.

ARTIST STATEMENT

​

"Moving frequently as a child influenced me. I learned an appreciation of time and place in the absence of consistency. Images became my life's mile markers while the road ahead offered new opportunities to discover and appreciate.  The camera was my voice.....

When light, texture, and movement converge to bring a special energy to a subject, that is when its true essence can be captured.  The images I create are products of such moments; timeless, placeless photos that possess a unique combination of grace, simplicity and splendor.  I invite viewers to immerse themselves in these images and the oft unseen ethereal beauty of nature"
